1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 399t ("399t", "we", "us", "the Platform") regarding your access to and use of the 399t online gaming and sports betting platform available at https://399t.bio and its associated subdomains (collectively, "the Platform"). To register an account and use the 399t Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and continuously throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 399t enforces a strict 21+ age policy. Players found to be under 21 years of age will have their accounts suspended and any funds will be handled in accordance with our Responsible Gaming policy.
• You must be a natural person with legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

3. Account Registration and Security

The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any funds held therein. When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. 399t relies on the information you provide for KYC, payment processing, and communications.

• You must provide your real full name, date of birth, valid mobile number, and any other information requested during the registration process.
• You must keep your account credentials — including your username and password — confidential and must not share them with any third party under any circumstances.

• 399t employs SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and the Platform. You must also take reasonable precautions on your own device, including not accessing your account from shared, public, or unsecured devices wherever possible.

Account Verification (KYC)

399t may, at any time and at its sole discretion, require you to complete identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) procedures before processing deposits, withdrawals, or bonus activations. 4. Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits

All deposits on the 399t Platform are processed in BDT. 399t accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and other payment methods listed in the Platform's cashier section from time to time. By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds are from a legitimate source and that you are the authorised account holder of the payment method used. The following conditions apply to all deposits:

• Minimum deposit amounts are set by 399t and are displayed in the cashier section. These minimums may vary by payment method (e.g., bKash, Nagad) and may be updated from time to time.
• Deposits are generally credited to your 399t account balance instantly upon confirmation by the payment provider. 399t is not liable for delays caused by the payment provider's processing systems.

Withdrawals

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of another person without their knowledge and consent.

• Abusing the bonus system, including through the use of multiple accounts, false identities, or coordinated play with other players to exploit promotion terms.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 399t staff, other players, or third-party service providers in any communication channel associated with the Platform.

399t cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities in Bangladesh and internationally. Where evidence of criminal activity is identified, 399t will report it to the relevant authorities and freeze associated account balances pending investigation.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

399t reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to the following:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including the prohibited conduct provisions in Section 7.
• Failure to satisfactorily complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by 399t.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, collusion, or any form of criminal conduct involving the account.
